HOW TO RENT A COQUILLE HARVEST MOON GARDEN BED

Become a member of the Coquille Harvest Moon Community Garden and SCCGA (South Coast Community Garden Association) so you can begin gardening in our wonderful garden space. Read the “How to Apply” to learn how to apply. Our applications are also available in Coquille at the garden gate, at the Sentinel newspaper and at the Coquille Library.
1. Complete the application to apply for membership in the South Coast Community Garden Association (SCCGA). For insurance purposes, you must become a member of our parent association (SCCGA) to qualify for a garden bed in the Coquille Community Garden.
2. Complete the rental application to apply for a garden bed in the Coquille Harvest Moon Garden.
3. Write two checks for $10.00 each. Make one out to the South Coast Community Garden Association (SCCGA) and the other to Coquille Garden (SCCGA). Mail both checks and applications to: Coquille Community Garden, P.O. Box 165, Coquille, Or 97423
That‘s all there is to it! When garden beds are assigned, you will be contacted by our garden coordinator to attend an orientation meeting. We offer a limited number of hardship applications, so if you would like to rent a bed but cannot afford it, please attach a letter to your application. Hardship applications will remove the community garden fee but not the SCGGA fee for insurance.
